I’m too distracted for yoga.

I can’t focus enough to meditate. Yoga is too boring and slow. I can’t hold still. I don’t have a yoga space. I can’t’ empty my mind. I’m not good at being calm. I can’t get motivated.

I’ve been there and I AM there. Being a highly distracted person is an ongoing journey full of frustratingly humorous events, forgetfulness, and fidgeting. But guess what? Yoga helps and I have some solutions for you! In a nutshell, these include engaging ways to meditate, relatable yoga philosophy, creative visualizations, brain dumps, self-love, and fun!
